Pay on delivery

 Payment is made upon receipt of your parcel from the courier company with which we work. If for any reason there is an inability to receive, please contact us so that we can help you get the best service. We inform our customers that in case an order is not received, the next ones should be made exclusively by using a debit / credit card or by bank deposit. If any of the following orders have cash on delivery, it will be canceled immediately without further notice. 

CREDIT CARD

By choosing to pay with your credit or debit card, you will be transferred to the e-commerce service of Ethniki Bank, which offers you the safest way to pay with your card. The process is completed in a very short time and during this, no personal information (including your card details) is stored in E-raphael. In case the deposit is made by transfer through another bank and there are bank expenses, then the expenses are borne exclusively by you. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment.
